Our 8 day trip to north Vietnam was a great success. The whole trip was organised by Huong at Indochina Voyages, who was always quickly responsive by email and attentive to our requests and needs. Our guides were all wonderful: Dong at the airport, Yong for the lovely bike ride at Sa Pa and Mai Li for the trip up the cable car. She gamely walk up the 350 steps with us to the peak. Dat was a truly charming companion for our food tour and walk around Hanoi, and for our trip to Nimh Binh. The final two days on the cruise at Ha Long bay was wonderful too. Mr Ha was our efficient driver and we always felt safe and secure with him on our journeys through the traffic of Hanoi. We were well looked after when we had an afternoon to rest in Hanoi before our flight with a hotel room just for the afternoon.

So in summary, we are grateful for the kindness and attention of our tour organiser and for our guides. We loved Vietnam and would recommend the country, the company, and the guides to all.
