My wife and I had an amazing trip trough Vietnam which started in Hanoi and brought us via Ninh Binh, Ha Hong Bay, Hue, Hoi An to Saigon / Ho Chi Minh City and Phu Quoc. We appreciated the culture & hospitality and made many exiting experiences.

Amazing service. We had a 10 day family tour of Hoi An and Hanoi including the surrounding mountain area of PuLuong and NinhBinh and Halong Bay. The guides were excellent and provided the perfect mix of education, activity, fun and relaxation for our active family We really felt like we got to experience Vietnamese life in many of the beautiful rural and urban areas. We loved both our guides Kent and Snow and can not say enough about what good care they took of us and our three children 12, 14 and 16 years old. The drivers were also excellent

We used Indochina Voyages for probably our 5th or 6th time this past March/April 2023. They are the most amazing company to deal with. Tim (Owner) and Minh (Agent) were fantastic at answering all of our emails and numerous questions. We travelled to Hanoi and Halong Bay in Vietnam, Siem Reap in Cambodia and Chiang Mai, Thailand for 3 weeks. Everything went without a hitch! We even decided we didn’t really like one of the hotels we had requested and Tim and Minh had us moved to another hotel we had stayed in on a different trip, within a few hours making everything seamless. Every airport transfer, day trip, flight was organized leaving us to relax and not worry about a thing.

We have just returned home from a 25 day trip to Vietnam. After requesting information from a number of companies I connected with Ms. Hue Nguyen at Indochina Voyages as she provided the most detailed and professional response. I was organizing 3 tours for multiple groups and Hue’s support and organization for our tours was flawless. She responded to my many questions, organized our tours, and provided direct payment access to the participants which took me out of the loop of collecting money.
We had a day tour to Mekong Delta (tour guide Minh), a 2 day 1 night cruise to Halong Bay (tour guide Peter Parker), and a day tour to Tam Coc/ Mua Cave (tour guide Vito). We have been to Vietnam a number of times with tours to each of these areas and wanted to share these experiences with our group travelling for the first time. The tours exceeded our expectations in every respect.
All tour guides were extremely professional, personable, and engaging with lots of information and stories. The activities and food were amazing. And of course the non-stop beauty of Vietnam scenery can’t be beat. We were in Vietnam for a wedding so on the Halong Bay tour, Hue (our tour consultant) arranged for special decorations in the honeymoon room. It made everything so special.
A huge thank you to Hue Nguyen for all of her help and to our tour guides who made our days delightful. We had a wonderful time, and when we come back I won’t hesitate to contact this same company for our tours.

We are a family of 4, 2 adults and 2 kids (12 and 17 yo) and just came back from an amazing holiday in Vietnam, organized with Indochina Voyage. Van Do was so nice, prompt and honest and proposed us the best itinerary and experiences for our time. She even came to meet us and drink a coffe together when in Hanoi.We have visited Hanoi, spent the New Years Eve on a cruise in Halong Bay, flyed to Ho Chi Minh and visit it, a day in Mekong Delta and then flew to Phu Quoc Island and rest for the last 4 days. The hotels Van Do offered were really nice, really 4* or 5*, verry well located, our tour guides, Linda in Hanoi and Tom in Saigon were extremely nice, educated,well informed and pasionate about their jobs, daily program was varied and balanced and the restaurants very good and authentic.
We hope to come back again to visit this beautiful country and to meet our new friends.

I booked my Ha Long Bay cruise and Hue city tour with Van at Indochina Voyages, and it was a fantastic vacation! Everything was perfect, and the cruise and tour was better than I expected. There were no hiccups with the trips and our drivers were never late for our timed pick ups and drop offs. Also, our guide for the Hue trip, Tran, was exceptionally well knowledgeable in all aspects of the tour. Very insightful and full of facts and points! were all excellent. He was so informative and attentive and put together an amazing holiday for us. We decided on 12 day private tour which included Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, Ho Chi Minh and Mekong Delta. Trip was seamless, internal Flights easy and most of all the Guides and Drivers we spent time with were fantastic. Joe showed us Hanoi and took us to Halong Bay for our cruise and then took us to the airport for our flight to Hue, he introduced us to street food (delicious) and we learned so much through his passionate personality. In Hue we met with Tai, his English was great, very experienced and he showed us many interesting places, we drove over the mountains to Hoi An and spent time exploring. Our 3 day stay in a beach bungalow at Palm Garden Resort was so enjoyable. When we arrived in Ho Chi Minh we met Cody, a young, charming and funny young man who we loved spending time with and he gave us so much information, we laughed a lot and shared many stories, we have contacted him and the others since returning home and shared photos. Minh Vu organised great accommodation and a wonderful itinerary. We highly recommend Indochina Voyages to experience a memorable holiday.

We used Indochina Voyages for a 17 day custom tour of Vietnam and Cambodia – Hanoi, Halong Bay, Hue, Hoi An, HCM City and Siem Reap. From the first inquiry to the final send-off, their service was excellent. As we planned our trip, they listened to our interests and requirements, offered helpful advice and prepared a first-rate itinerary to meet our needs. We threw in a couple late changes, which they handled with ease. On arrival, their top-notch service continued with flawless airport transfers and knowledgeable guides at each of our stops. Hotels and restaurants were well-chosen and met our standards for quality and comfort. We had a couple hiccups in our return travel plans and even though Indochina Voyages was not responsible for booking our international flights they stepped in to help us make alternate arrangements. I can highly recommend Indochina Voyages! We just came back from a 20-day custom designed Vietnam and Cambodia trip that was well organized and stress free.

Originally, I started looking at small group tours. I found them very expensive and many used an overnight train from Hanoi to Hue (not for me). In researching I kept finding people that used Indochina Voyages for private tours and spoke highly of them. I decided to email them with my dates and places that I wanted to see. The reply was prompt and they worked with me to plan a trip that included a Halong Bay cruise and a 3-night Mekong river cruise.

After deciding on an itinerary and hotel style, we were given a price in US dollars. It included a private guide and driver who met us at every airport, hotels that included breakfast, tours, cruises, inter country flights etc. This was just perfect for a first-time visit. The entire trip went as planned and Daniel from Indochina Voyages contacted us numerous times during our tour to make sure we were happy. He even made a point of meeting us in Hanoi for coffee.

When we arrived in Vietnam a guide met us at the airport (they had a sign with our names). The guide and driver took us to our hotel and helped us check in. That same guide and driver stayed with us showing us the sights until our flight to the next destination. At the next airport a new guide and driver would be with us to explore that area. Can you imagine how nice it was for just the two of us to see everything privately with just a guide? Affordably luxury! We never felt like we were being herded around as you do on a group tour. All the vehicles had aircon, were roomy, comfortable, and water was provided. Our drivers were excellent, and we appreciated their calm maneuvering on such chaotic (to us) roads.

Our itinerary detailed what we would see, what meals were included (beverages like beer, juice and soft drinks are always extra). There were never any hidden charges. Great care was taken to ensure the restaurants we went to were good for tourists and had clean toilets.

This was a wonderful trip and Indochina Voyages made it extra special for us. Thank you to Huyen and Daniel at Indochina Voyages and to all our guides who each in their own way, created very special memories.

Coming from Vietnam but I haven’t have much knowledge about Ha Long cruises so I was assisted by Daniel Nguyen-travel consultant from Indochina Voyages for the trip. And my family was very happy with the experience and services arranged by Dan. I gave him such a last-minute request for 2 cabins on 4-star cruise traveling in the next 3 days. And Dan promptly responded asking for our preferences and gave us very helpful advices before sending through his proposal based on our requirements. Besides the pristine scene of Ha Long bay, crew from Aclass Stellar cruise provided a great service and was very friendly. Kayaking at Luon Cave is a must thing to do and there was also bamboo boat rowed by local people if you cannot do kayaking. However, Soi Sim island was so crowded due to summer time.
After all, I would highly recommend Dan and his company for anyone who want to experience an amazing and memorable trip.

If you’ve never been to Vietnam, have no idea what to expect, and are looking for professional, English-proficient and fun guides, book through Indochina Voyages. As two girls from Dubai traveling alone to the country, we had our fair share of questions (and demands!). We wanted our Visas taken care of, five-star hotels, good food based on our dietary requirements (one gluten-free and one pescatarian), and to see as much as we could in nine days. Van Do from IndoChina Voyages organised our week, from picking great hotels (Hanoi La siesta and Ninh Binh Esmerelda) and cruises(Signature Halong Bay) to organising a fantastic guide (Joe) and driver, that met us at the airport and were always at the hotel each morning as arranged. They organised our lunches and tickets into the various activities. They were waiting at Halong Bay so when we got off the boat they were right there to get our bags and whisk us to the next destination.For us as a family of four we enjoyed our time in northern Vietnam, with no stress, private tour that didn’t have a strict timetable.
