Bhaya Classic menus reflect the emphasis in traditional Vietnamese cuisine on balancing the 5 elements. Meals are designed to encompass the 5 flavors (spicy, sour, bitter, salty, sweet) which harmonize the corresponding elements (metal, wood, fire, water, earth). Considerable variety is found within this approach, and the end result is tasty, healthful and visually appealing.
The open dining room, found on the upper deck, is well designed and tastefully decorated. Relax and enjoy a meal in your own cabin or balcony, a private culinary experience amidst majestic Halong Bay scenery. The kitchen will prepare vegetarian food, child-friendly dishes, specific allergen-free food, halal menu, etc.
